Location and Directions

The Hive is housed within a stunning brick barn in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. Despite the rural location, we are perfectly situated in great proximity to key transport routes. 

By Road: We are 10 miles away from the M11, 7 miles from the A1 and the A14.

By Rail: We are only 7 miles away from St Neots train station that is on the main line to London and to the North of England.  

By Air: Stansted Airport is 40 miles away. Luton Airport is 30 miles away

The Hive is set within Gransden Park just off the B1040 (Potton Road). You need to look out for a rather swanky gated entrance (if it is open then so are we!) Despite the fact that the B1040 is just off an A road (A428), it is a country road, with pot holes the size of a paddling pool and all of the other hazards that you find in the countryside. We appreciate that you will be buzzing to get to us but please do take care on the roads, especially the bend just before you reach us. 

Common mistakes are turning up at either Eltisely Business Park or the Abbotsley Golf Course. If you are at the Eltisely Business Park then you are so close, it looks similar but just over half a mile away on the B1040, so if it's on your left as you pull in, carry on in that direction and you'll see Gransden Park. if it's on your right, then turn back the way you came. If you have pulled up outside the golf course then most people give up and call us for help! 01767 677559. A lot do it so we won't judge! 

Once you've made it through the gate, you'll see our little beehive that directs you rather spendidly up past the lake (there are big fish in there!) and into the top car park. Park up there and head through the courtyard and we are right in front of you.
